ITER Research Ensemble presents to the audience some of the most significant experiences from its artistic journey, through a selection of works and composers of remarkable richness. Great masterpieces such as Stravinsky’s Three Sacred Choruses are be “examined under a microscope,” while “submerged” repertoires—such as the music of the canons of a small village in the Monferrato—is brought back to life through research. ITER guides the audience through the many questions that lie behind the music we hear, leading to the discovery of the joy and emotion of understanding and reflection.
